Mail Notifier Ver. 1.0 for MS Windows NT 4 and Windows 95 This program enables you to be notified of the reception of an e-mail message in your mailbox, whether your Exchange client is running or not. After reception of the new message an icon will be animated in you windows taskbar. The configuration screen allows you to select an option that will pop a window up in the foreground when a new message is received. Configuration of the application When "Mail Notifier" is started for the first time a configuration screen will be displayed. This screen enables you to specify the different options of the program. There are two ways to go back to that screen later on and modify the configuration: * Start the executable with the SETUP parameter (MailNot.exe /SETUP) * Right-click on the icon on the taskbar and choose the option « Configure... » in the menu. Description of the configuration parameters: Server Name: The name of your Exchange server. Shared Directory: The name of the shared directory on your MS-Mail server. Interval: The interval in minutes that you wish Mail Notifier to wait between each verification for the presence of new mail in your MS-Mail box. Play a WAW: The path to the WAW file that you wish to be played when a new message has been received. Program to Read Messages: The path of the program that will be used to read your messages (for example: c:\msexchange\exchg32.exe).
