To install PingIt, run Setup.exe from Windows.

PingIt Version 2.0 for Windows is a visual IP address monitor.
PingIt works on any Windows 3.1 (Only) system with a WINSOCK
internet connection. PingIt allows you to visually monitor 
any IP address by pinging that address at regular intervals. 
The interval can be set as any number from 10 to 3600(Seconds). 
PingIt will give a visual indication of the status of the 
connection. If the ping was successful, PingIt will display 
a smiley face. If the ping was not successful, PingIt will 
display a sad face. While PingIt is checking, it displays a 
straight face.  To Configure or Exit PingIt, click on the icon
to open the popup menu.
