  In case you have problems running SETUP.EXE or PL95.EXE after
  installation, please check whether the following files are in
  your Windows\System directory:

    1. VB40032.DLL
    2. OLEPRO32.DLL
    3. MSVCRT40.DLL
    4. MFC40.DLL

  These are common Visual Basic and C++ runtimes, usually NOT
  distributed with applications.


  On CompuServe (GO PCFF) and look for

  VB432DLL.ZIP (Includes files 1-3) and
  MFC40DLL.ZIP (Includes file 4).
