	SMAX.COM	a TSR driver
	MAXI.WRI	the main documentation file
	UPDATE.DOC	program update info not contained in MAXI.WRI
			(this file may or may not be present)
	REGISTER.DOC	how to register the shareware
	LICENSE.DOC	license conditions for using MAXI Disk
	VENDOR.DOC	information for shareware vendors
	FILE_ID.DIZ	information for shareware vendors
	INFO.DOC	information for shareware vendors
	CATALOG.DOC	information on our other products
	READ1ST.TXT	this file
If any of these files are missing, please contact us with the details 
(including a list of which files were missing and where you got your
copy from).  We will send you a replacement.  	

The documentation is contained in the file MAXI.WRI.  This is a standard
Windows WRITE format file.  To view or print the file, open it in any
word processing program that supports the WRI file format, such as
Windows Write, or Microsoft Word.   The contents of the file are the same as
the MAX4W.HLP file, which is in standard Windows Help format.  The 
documentation is also available in other formats, such as Microsoft Word
(v6 or later) or WordPerfect (v5 or later), through our website at
http://www.herne.com
