Atlantic City, NJ --- Trump's Castle Casino Resort has introduced its newest
restaurant, a casual, contemporary-style bistro called the Upstairs Grille &
Pizza Kitchen. Staffed by happy, friendly people who are passionate about
food and service, the restaurant's atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Diners 
will relish the opportunity to watch the Castlee's chefs preparing extra-
ordinary specialties in the open exhibition kitchen.

The Castle's creative culinary juices were flowing in abundance when the menu
was planned. Perusing it is a joy in itself, as heavenly aromas from the
grille and kitchen underscore the tempting items:  for starters, perhaps the
Tuscany White Bean with Sausage and Tarragon Soup, or the unique 16 Bean or
White Chili. Salads range from Seafood Caesar to Greek-style Salad Saloniki
or Ensalada Mexicana. Pastas? How about Fettucini Carbonara, Bowties Medici,
Rigatoni Al Forno, Penne Primavera or Stella's Lasagna.

The pizza selection will test any pizza lover's decision-making powers. 
From the traditional cheese, to the most un-traditional Shepherd's Pie or
Bangkok Poulet, the choices dazzle the imagination: The Great White, South
Street, Grand Parma, Caribbean (yes, with sliced bananas, scallions, BBQ
chicken, sweet onions and Fontina. How else?) Calzones? Go for the Veggies,
Sicilian or the Santa Fe.

And from that glorious grille: Marinated New York Sirloin, Seafood Kebob,
Snapper, Chicken. . . .

Deserts are the stuff that "Sweet Dreams" are made of. Hold on to your hat,
and forget your waistline! Flambe Deep Fried Ice Cream, Designer Belgian
Waffle Sundae, Tiramisu Cake, Key Lime Pie, Myers Rum and Chocolate Pecan
Pie.

And (what else!) FRESH FRUIT SWEET PIZZA.

Prices are moderate. Hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday - Thursday; 5 p.m.
to 11 p.m., Friday; 1 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday; and 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.,
Sunday. Beginning May 22, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 1 p.m.
to 11 p.m., Friday (no change in Saturday or Sunday hours). All major credit
cards are accepted. Reservations are not required.
