This is a small utility that i have write in VisPro/REXX 3.1 Gold.

It was tested ONLY on a 1024x768x65Kcolor system on Warp 4 (AKA Merlin).

Usage:
------

Put ALL dll on a LIBPATH directory and all the executable on a directory of
your choice.
Start it and put the mouse pointer on TOP of screen.
Don't worry for the initial message, is normal for first time start.
Use your DX mouse button on any free space on the bar , now you can see a
window context menu with 'Settings' option , click on it and now you can
personalize your 3DBar !

To create a new bar , is very simple, follow this simple step:
1) Create everywere on your WPS, a folder and give it a name (eg. 'Internet')
2) Put(Create) into it some program (eg. In-Joy, Netscape, PMMail ecc... )
   MAX 15 icon per folder !

3) Click on the 'Lock / Change Button'
4) Drag this folder on any free space on the 3DBar and.... that's all !

As you can see, the folder name is also insert on the drop down combo box,
use this combo-box to switch from all the bar-folder that you have drag on
3DBar.

To delete a bar-folder, simply select it on the combo-box and click on the
'Delete' button.

For the meaning of all button , see bubble help.

Note that this is a shareware version limited to only 2 (two)
bar-folder !!!
The non-shareware version, can have an unlimited bar-folder.
