CHOOZDCL: Choose a DCL file before starting Delphi.

Installation:

1. Copy CHOOZDCL.INI and CHOOZDCL.EXE to your Windows directory.
2. Edit properties of Delphi icon to run CHOOZDCL.EXE
3. Edit CHOOZDCL.INI and set things as required. CHOOZDCL.INI has
   more information than this readme file.
