Cool!-when you move object by mouse with Ctrl key pressed, it moves strictly 
horizontal or vertical.
Lasso now not selects column.
Lasso now automatic, no need to select.
Fixed bug with transferring output to the next page when output page inserted directly, 
by page:=page+1;
Fixed bug with absence of scaling of line/rect thickness.

Bug with painting filled rectangle only in black was fixed.

Bug was fixed  - if picture file, inserted in report, has not found, 
then report cannot be loaded. Fixed exact path to picture in example.
Was added new type of line/rect object-Fill rect.
Was added color to line/rect and text objects. To select color for selected elements,
choose it with the Color button, then click on the Color panel(below Color button).
Band names now are printing at the right side of the bands.
With zoom in, selected objects are scrolling in view.
Warnings before exiting, loading of new report and creation of new report were changed to 
classic "Do you want to save changes to xxx.rep?"

First version with English language manual. Early history you can see in the file
versions.rus. Were added color to BAND element (to illumine reports) and DELTA 
value(for setting step of expansion when memo automatically printed).
To the report designer was added new shortcut-ESC, changing scale.
To the preview form were added ESC, PgUp, PgDn shortcuts - to exiting 
and changing page. 
To component was added new procedure, setbandattr, that can set color and 
orphan control attributes of certain band.
