* Added category file and field to music database.
* Added category report.
* Added new media formats including EPs, CD Singles.
* Browse "view" formats are saved (in other words,
  if you change the width of the "Title" column,
  the width will default to that new width next
  time you enter the program).
* Added option to printed only selected artists
  and titles.
* Reformatted reports to use less space.
