This is a sorce file to use when creating inuse.flg.
Just leave this in your baseball subdirectory and forget about it.

ps:  If anyone gets stuck in the game because of a bbs crash or whatever
  then please delete the file inuse.flg from the subdir so new players 
  can get in.
