The following changes have been made to the game since you last played

1:  Re-wrote the user storage functions to run under both falken 6.69 and 7.0
   to accomodate the new falken format of deleting account and re-assigning,
   this means all old accounts had to be erased, sorry.

2:  Removed the who command from within the game, you can still see who's
   online with the bbs's .who command.

3:  Fixed the Jet shop and the Arms shop allowing you to purchase things
   beyond the alotted numbers.

4:  Fixed the user alowing non ansi-chars in their handles making it hard to
   attack other users.
