OVERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS

To select a Help Topic from the above menu items:

	Point and left click with the mouse, or

	Press Alt to highlight the menu bar.
 	Use left/right arrow keys to select a Header topic.
	Use down/up arrow to pulldown, select topic.
	Press Enter to see topic on screen.

Select Close Help to return to the Budget Data screen.

NOTE:   You may select another Help item without closing help.
