As far as I can determine, every program mentioned in this document is
FREE (FreeWare or Public Domain) for individual use.  If you discover
something that isn't, please let me know and it will be removed.  If
you know of one that isn't on the list, please email me details.

I have only included those programs that use DOS or Win3.1.  If anyone
would like to create a list for other operating systems, please email
me and I'll be happy to include it here.

Where to get it

If you are unfamiliar with multimedia files and extensions, need
decoding programs (UU/XX/BASE64/MIME/GZ etc.) or want more info on
retrieval of programs by email, see the end of this file.

Most programs are located on sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk and, as such, can
easily be retrieved via email.  These programs are marked with a (*)
followed by the directory at sunsite and the program.  As an example,
look at the first program, AAWIN.  Here's how to get it.
Send a message:

TO: ftpmail@sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk
SUBJ:
BODY: open
      cd /Mirrors/ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/utilities/general
      get aawin.zip
      quit

Another example with the second program, AVI View
