-This program facilitates the balancing and analysis of a checking 
account.  Entries are added using a dialog box which has several 
features to speed entry.  There are dialog boxes for auditing and 
graphing which aid in the reconciliation of monthly statements and
analyzing an account.  Additionally, the entries can be sorted several
ways and a purge function is included to make reducing file size
easy.
-An installation program is included in the zip file.  If you unzip the 
zip file in a directory call c:\temp, you can install Balance by choosing 
run from the file menu in program manager (or run from the taskbar for 
Windows 95 users) and typing c:\temp\install
-This program is shareware.
-The original zip file is distributable, provided that it is not modified.
