  1) LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE:

   As the exclusive copyright holder for EZ-Index for Canadian Geographic,
   E-Z Access Software Ltd. authorizes the distribution only in accordance
   with the following restrictions.

   The EZ-Index for Canadian Geographic package is defined as containing
   all the material listed in the vendinfo.diz packing list section. If 
   the VENDINFO.DIZ itself or any files listed in the file list are missing, 
   then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  A complete 
   package can downloaded from:  www.ezindex.com
   
   See the section on DISTRIBUTION POLICY and RESTRICTIONS below to see
   if they pertain to your operation.

   EZ-Index is shareware, "try-before-you-buy" not freeware.

   This version, v2.90 can only be distributed by the name of CGIDXW29.ZIP
   or CGIDXW.ZIP and is the only version permitted for vendor/BBS
   distribution.

   Authorization is automatically granted to BBS, web sites, vendors, and
   user groups to distribute the EZ-INDEX program subject to the guidelines
   below.


   If you want to distribute the EZ-Index programs commercially we state:

   1) If the date on this file is over 12 months old you contact
      E-Z Access Software Ltd. for the latest version

   2) The EZ-Index program CAN be BUNDLED with other software on a
      CD-ROM package without written permission from E-Z Access Software
      Ltd.  

   3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion by ITSELF. 
      Written  permission is required.  

      The EZ-Index program CAN be used in a promotion if on included 
      on a CD-ROM with other shareware programs without permission.  

   4) The EZ-Index CANNOT by itself be distributed or sold via "retail rack" 
      without written permission.   
       
      The EZ-Index program CAN be distributed with other shareware program 
      on a CD-ROM without written premission.  No vendor is excluded!

   5) Distributors who charge a fee for copying and distributing the
      program MUST acknowledge that the fee does not cover the cost of
      REGISTERING the program.


   6) All distributors who acknowledge and support the shareware principle,
      that all shareware, if "used" by individuals or companies MUST be
      registered can distribute the program.

   7) We reserve the right to restrict any individual or company from
      distributing our programs if we feel they haven't adhere to the
      guidelines set out above.

      The EZ-Index program itself is contained in SETUP.EXE and will fit 
      on a 3.5" HD diskette.  You you require a copy that will will span 3.5" LD
      (720kb) contact the author.
