Easy Backup creates self restoring compressed backups of one or
    more directories. There are options to backup the named directory(s)
    with or without their sub-directories. You can also backup only the
    sub directories of the named top directory(s)

    You can backup all the files in the chosen directory(s) or use a
    wildspec and you can make multiple backup copies from a single
    packing operation.

    Easy Backup keeps a data file of all the backups that have been made
    so that subsequent backups of the same directory can be made simply
    by selecting the backup name from the list.
