IDX

IDX is a very small and primitive, but useful editor with the advantage of 
very fast loading and the choice of window position and size as well as font 
and font size (via idx.ini in the windows system directory). It is useful 
for using NCOM as an INDEX CARD software where IDX may be associated with 
an extension eg. ".idx" and thus can be easily called by just clicking at 
the file in NCOM. The template menu with an appropriate template can be 
used for creating a new entry.

The editor may also be used as standard editor. Unfortunately, printing is 
only implemented as screen dump.
