The INRAC language in which STAR ALPHA is written
imposes two special requirements which MUST be followed
in order for the software to run properly:

1. After CSSA.ZIP has been unpacked ("unzipped"), you
must run the file "fix.bat" to prepare the INRAC files 
to be run. To do this, type and enter "fix" from the
DOS prompt. 

(Here is the reason: INRAC uses overlay files bearing the 
extension ".zip"; these files are NOT compressed, but most 
computers expect them to be. We thus transmit them to you 
with a made-up extension ".csw"; the file "fix.bat" restores 
the ".zip" extension necessary for the software to run. UNDER 
NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you try to unzip these INRAC files!)

2. When you have run "fix.bat" (and all ".csw" files have
thus been converted to the extension ".zip"), copy all files
to a floppy disk, which you will use to run STAR ALPHA.

NOW YOU ARE READY TO BEGIN USING STAR ALPHA!

Full documentation is included in the file "stara.txt,"
which you should print out using a word processor.

by printing and completing the following portion of this file:
