  As the exclusive copyright holder for EZ-Index for Traveler, E-Z Access 
  Software Ltd. authorizes the distribution only in accordance with the 
  following restrictions.

  The EZ-Index for Traveler package is defined as containing all the material 
  listed in the VENDINFO.DIZ packing.lst file.  If any files listed in the
  vendinfo.diz are missing or if the VENDINFO.DIZ file itself, is missing, 
  then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  

  Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.  

  The shareware TRIDXW29.ZIP file is available at www.ezindex.com.

  See the section on DISTRIBUTION POLICY below to see if they pertain to

  EZ-Index is shareware, "try-before-you-buy" not freeware.

  This version, v2.90 can only be distributed by the name of: TRIDXW29.ZIP
  or TRIDXW.ZIP and is the only version permitted for vendor/BBS distribution.

   Authorization is automatically granted to BBS, web sites, vendors, and
   user groups to distribute the EZ-INDEX program subject to the guidelines
   below.

   If you want to distribute the EZ-Index programs we state:

   1) If the date on this file is over 12 months old you contact
      E-Z Access Software Ltd. for the latest version

   2) The EZ-Index program CAN be BUNDLED with other software on a
      CD-ROM package without written permission from E-Z Access Software
      Ltd.  

   3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion by ITSELF but can be
      used with written permission.  

      The EZ-Index program CAN be used in a promotion if on included 
      on a CD-ROM with other shareware programs without permission.  

   4) The EZ-Index CANNOT by itself be distributed or sold via "retail rack" 
      without written permission.   
       
      The EZ-Index program CAN be distributed with other shareware program 
      on a CD-ROM without written premission.  No vendor is excluded!

   5) Distributors who charge a fee for copying and distributing the
      program MUST acknowledge that the fee does not cover the cost of
      REGISTERING the program.

   6) All distributors who acknowledge and support the shareware principle,
      that all shareware, if "used" by individuals or companies MUST be
      registered can distribute the program.

   7) We reserve the right to restrict any individual or company from
      distributing our programs if we feel they haven't adhere to the
      guidelines set out above.

      The EZ-Index program itself is contained in SETUP.EXE and will fit 
      on a 3.5" HD diskette.  You you require a copy that will will span 3.5" LD
      (720kb) contact the author.
