Blackjack Dealers Hand Calculator

This is a utility released without licence or waranty of any kind.

The code is written and tested on a Windows 95 platform.

It is designed to show the odds a dealer has in blackjack of maeking any
particular hand, or going bust. The odds show the percent chance of
a particular outcome for any deck composition. The ods can be normalised
to show the percent outcome for a known dealer up card. The deck composition
can be changed using the spin buttons or by entering the number of cards of
each type.

I  plan to release a full odds calculator latter in the year at a cost of
