1. Definitions
==============

SOFTWARE stands for software produced or distributed under the name of 
Dodekaedron Software Creations. 

USER stands for any person using software produced or distributed under the
name of Dodekaedron Software Creations. USER includes REGISTERED USER.

REGISTERED USER stands for USER who has paid the registeration fee to 
Dodekaedron Software Creations and has received his personal and identified
copy of the SOFTWARE.

DSC stands for Dodekaedron Software Creations, Inc. 

SHAREWARE VERSION stands for free demo version of the SOFTWARE.

REGISTERED VERSION stands for the full, commercial version of the SOFTWARE.


2. Grant of license
===================

A) For SHAREWARE VERSION:

DSC grants USER the right to use unlimited number of copies of the SHAREWARE
VERSION on any computer he wishes as long as he agrees to be bound by the 
terms of this software license.

B) For REGISTERED VERSION:

DSC grants USER the right to use one copy of the REGISTERED VERSION of
the SOFTWARE on a single computer. This right does not apply if USER does not 
agree to be bound by the terms of this software license. USER may not network 
the SOFTWARE or otherwise use it on more than one computer at a time. User must 
store his REGISTERED VERSION of the SOFTWARE only in such places where it is
not likely to be target of unauthorized use of a third party. If USER
has not received his REGISTERED VERSION of the SOFTWARE from DSC and/or
he doesn't have written evidence of payment (the receipt or original disks)
he has no rights to use and/or distribute the SOFTWARE and he must delete all 
of the copies of the SOFTWARE. 

3. Disclaimer
=============

DSC takes no responsibility of any damages, direct or indirect, caused by 
the program or using the program, whether used properly or not. DSC provides 
the program for USER as is. There is no warranty that the program will work
fully as described. 

4. Limited warranty
=================== 

DSC disclaims all warranties on the SHAREWARE VERSION, either expressed or 
implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose.

DSC gives 30 days warranty for the physical media of the REGISTERED VERSION
(the disks). This warranty begins when the REGISTERED USER has received
his personal copy of the SOFTWARE. If USER detects any problems with the
physical media he must inform DSC in two weeks about the problems via
mail or e-mail or this physical media warranty does not apply. This
warranty is void if failure of the physical media has resulted from
accident, abuse or misapplication. 

DSC disclaims all other warranties on the REGISTERED VERSION, either
expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


5. Copyright
============

The SOFTWARE is owned by Dodekaedron Software Creations, Inc. and is
protected by Finnish copyright laws, international treaty provisions,
and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, the USER must treat
the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material.

The SHAREWARE VERSION of the SOFTWARE may be distributed freely if distributed
in the original, unmodified distribution package(s).

The REGISTERED VERSION of the SOFTWARE may not be copied, distributed or
reproduced in any way except that REGISTERED USER may either (a) make one
copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup purposes, or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to
a single hard disk provided that USER keeps the original solely for
backup or archival purposes.

6. Other restrictions
=====================

USER may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. USER may not reverse
engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
