 DESCRIPTION-

        It would be nice for the WPS to have the ability to give a
        background window the focus and *leave it in the background*.
        Some of us have slow computers and can't stand  waiting for
        windows to redraw all the time (e.g., alt+click switches focus
        but doesn't move to foreground).  Have a "lower" feature as
        in X-Windows, for those of us who insist on having monstrously
        large numbers of windows open simultaneously.
        (Submitter's note:  yeah, these are trivial but I'd still
        love to have 'em.  No idea how to sell IBM on the idea though.)
