 DESCRIPTION-

        Object shadows are an extremely weak substitute for the
        equivalent of Unix file links.  The problem is that shadows do
        not show up as directory entries.  I could make installations a
        lot cleaner if I could puts links to the .exe's in packages in
        a single \install\exe directory.  Base OS all products affected.
        Benefits accrue to users and developers alike.  Sorry to specify
        solution, but this one is needed - really!
