 DESCRIPTION-

This is sorely needed in a multi-tasking system such as OS/2.
Say you're working away in your favorite word processor in the
foreground. Of course you're multitasking some other program
in the background - let's say it's MSR's BackMaster (tape
backup). An unfortunate thing is, that as BackMaster is
working, it occassionally pops into focus with some kind of
dialog requesting your input - with an "O" for "Okay" or a
"C" for close. But before you realize this has happened,
you're still typing into your word processor and have
inadvertenly typed an "o". Arrrrggh!!! (Not all programs
require an "Alt-letter" combination to confirm a dialog box
request.) What's needed is a user settable "keyboard inhibit
delay on focus change," whereby, when a program moves to the
focus, any input from the keyboard is inhibited (in fact,
dumped) for a user settable time (say, a half second). That
way, we can stop typing in our word processor, think about
what we're about to do, and then safely do it.
