 DESCRIPTION-

Redial for IBM DOIP: Need I say more? I sometimes wonder if
the designers of OS/2 have forgotten what it's like to use
OS/2 at home as a "regular" user, with a regular phone line,
and a regular ISP. We get busy signals (So, why isn't there
a busy redail feature in IBM's Dial Other Internet Provider?)
Also, there seem to be some bugs in the DOIP. This was just
highlighted recently by a fiasco with AT&T's Worldnet
service, who apparantly changed some protocol in their dial
up service. It cause the Warp 4 DOIP to fail. Interestingly,
a 3rd party alternative, which goes by the name "InJoy"
worked just fine (according to the Newsgroups). I'd like to
think IBM can do as well.
