 DESCRIPTION-

        1.  Add a facility to activate or deactivate the archive
            facility from the ALTF1 screen.  More diagnostic routines
            such as ALTF2 should be included as well.

        2.  The option from ALTF1 should also include the ability to
            boot OS/2 from a VDISK to release the disk for maintenance.
            Adding network support here (NETX or THINLAPS) will allow
            CSD's and other maintenance to be performed.
