SHARKware License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user (either an
individual, or legal entity such as a corporation) and SHARKware. By
having the files associated with this product on your system, by
any means, you are agreeing and bound to the terms of this
agreement. If you do no agree to the terms of this agreement,
promptly delete all files associated with it from your computer.

                     Software License

     1.  GRANT OF LICENSE.  This License Agreement permits you to
use a copy of the specified software on your computer.

     2.  COPYRIGHT.  The SOFTWARE including any photographic
images, animations, video, audio, music, text incorporated in the
SOFTWARE, and any and all files associated with the SOFTWARE, is
owned by SHARKware and is protected by United States copyright laws
and international treaty provisions.

     3.  OTHER RESTRICTIONS.

        a) You absolutely, positively may not sell this program.

        b) Under no circumstances should you distribute versions of 
           this product which have been altered in any way without 
           the permission of SHARKware.

        c) Under no circumstances should you remove the copyright 
           notices from the code or from the documentation which is 
           provided with it.

        d) KDrive is FREEWARE, and not PUBLIC DOMAIN. Do not use 
           KDrive to make your own door kit.

        e) This product shall NOT be distributed on any media that 
           charges for that media without the written consent of 
           SHARKware. It may however be distributed through on-line 
           services, as long as it is NOT charged to receive this 
           product.

     4.  NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, in NO event shall SHARKware
be liable for any damages for whatsoever (including without
limitation, damages, loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any other precursory
loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this SHARKware
product, even if SHARKware has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.

     5. DISTRIBUTED AS-IS.  This software is distributed as is, and
is NOT guaranteed to do anything on your computer other than to
take up space.
