1: There is NO Flaming. The messages bases are should be kept "clean" at
   all times. No four letter words etc. Not everyone is an "experienced"
   user or SysOp and the new members shouldn't be critized for mistakes.

2: The conversations will be topical and will not contain any illegal
   acts..If you plan one take it somewhere else, if you see someone
   taking about it report it to the Moderator or NEC. It is the Moderators
   responsibility to handle and if you don't see a response in the Echo
   it probably being handled in Netmail. 

3: All decisions by the NC's are FINAL!

4: Discussions in the sysop message base is to remain there..
   NO cross posting of messages by the sysops is allowed!

5: All message bases that are manditory will be carried by all nodes that
   are members of Bluenet.

6: No sexually explicit messages, of any kind, in ANY of the Message bases.                         
   
7: Netted games: Anyone caught cheating in any of the "netted" games will 
   be dropped from that game.
   
   [NOTE]: A backup copy can not be installed in Falcon or Barren Realms 
    Elite until you receive "clearance" from your HUB or HOST. This does not
    include Fe or BRE "reset", or The "unpack" to clear a problem.
    Installation of a backup copy without prior clearance, will be
    viewed as "cheating" and your system will be dropped from that game.

8: Most netted games require a "fast turn", turn times in state of more than
   8 hrs are generally unacceptable. Bre & Falcon & Tal MUST be fast turn games
   check with your hub for any others that may have to be run more
   than just in your nightly event.
 
9: It is the sysops Responsiblity to solve all problems.
   If a problem persists then that nodes access will be suspended
    until the problem is resolved to the ZC or REC's satisfaction.

  
   [Adult Echo's]
           There are none.  There is one base tagged as Adult, this is NOT 
           an Xrated base. We have NO intention of adding any other
           "ADULT" message areas. This area was setup for the sole use of
           individuals who's speech or subject matter might get into
           questionable areas. If that happens you may see "Take it to the
           adult Base" instead of drop the subject.
