Rules for the BN_SC File Echo
                        -----------------------------

1)  If you wish to hatch files into the BN_SC file echo, you must first
    register to do so with the moderator of the BN_SC file echo.  If 
    file hatching is approved, then the moderator will send a netmail to
    your local SysOp requesting for you to have access to do the file
    hatches.

2)  Source code only!  No Executable files are allowed to be hatched
    into this file echo.  The only exception is with the distribution of
    SWAG files which will only be hatched by the file echo moderator.

3)  No codes for viruses are allowed!  Anyone caught passing on code for
    a virus will be IMMEDIATLY banned!  No second chances!

4)  All source code must be compressed and contain a FILE_ID.DIZ within 
    the archive.
