Rules For B_TECH

	1.   Try to stay on-topic. This echo is for the 
	     discussion of technical information.  I realize
	     that this may not always be easy, but do try.
       
	2.   Do not use any high ASCII or ANSI characters. 
	     There are many people who read this echo that use 
	     machines that do not support them.

	3.   Do not post any messages of an abusive manner to
	     or about any other person.  In addition, messages
	     of an adult nature and/or messages containing foul
	     or vulgar language will not be tolerated, as this
	     echo is for all ages. 

	I will repost the rules every so often so that new 
	users to the net will know what they are and to remind 
	current users of what is and is not allowed here.
