    This file is here to inform you (the sysop) about major and minor changes
    to the game.  In most cases, the changes are for the better, and you will
    want to upgrade to the most current version.

    The key is as follows:

   ++ Read IGMS.DOC for more information about new IGMs!  
    + Fixed Run Time error when hacking servers 25 and higher.
    + Maintenance runs for first player or through events.
    + Added CANCEL download feature.
    + Fixed exiting of game when still in jail.
    + Automaticaly takes users offline when running Maintenance.
    - Gave Presidents of Groups option to disband group.
        NOTE:  You will have to run FIXGROUP.EXE to make the old GROUPS.DAT
               file compatible with the new format.
    - Added KILLPLAY.EXE to get rid of unwanted players.
    - Added Prompt to the Computer Store
    - Modified Documentation
