Welcome to IpNet , League 904, a whole new gaming
experience for your users! This file simply points out the rules and
regulations of the league. Any breaking of these rules may lead to
suspension or expulsion.

In case you need the latest or whatever, it can be Freq'd
from The Night Thrasher (1:3612/650).  All systems in League 904 MUST be using
this version and must have the same settings, which are handled by the game.

LEAGUE RULES & REGULATIONS
==========================

All IpNet sysops must enforce these rules on their BBS's or face
being expelled from the league.

1.) This is a non-cheating league. Any bug use or other types of
    altering files, deleting files, changing the date, or any other
    method or device that is classified as cheating by the League
    Coordinator is strictly prohibited. All users who do any of the
    above must be reported to the League Coordinator for judgement.

2.) All sysops must be using the same version of games as the League
    Coordinator.

3.) All systems must have the same settings as those used by the
    League Coordinator. Games automatically sends configuration updates
    but in the event one is not sent this rule still applies.

4.) Accusations of "cheating" must be done in private via Netmail. A
    carbon copy of the message should be sent to the League
    Coordinator. Sysops should tell their users about this rule. It
    to keep all the cheating accusations to a minimum.
   *Please make sure your players are aware of this rule!

5.) Hubs must poll at least once a day!  Nodes are asked to crash packets
    to their hubs.  POLLING AT LEAST ONCE A DAY IS REQUIRED!!!
    Failure to poll daily WILL result in your BBS being removed from this
    league.  If you have a system crash or some other problem please
    notify me ASAP.

SETTINGS
========

The current settings for IpNet are long and not included
in this archive.. they can be requested via LC.

Local attacks are enabled,  with scoring for local attacks disabled.

All boards are to use * FULL as the command line.

All local FL Area boards are to use a ROUTE * 1 in the ROUTE.CFG file.
All boards except HUBS are to use a CRASH setting.  I'll be glad
to discuss the proper settings for your ROUTE.CFG files.
if your long distance please place on hold and poll nightly.

You are now ready to join the league. Send in your filled out
IPNET.APP to the League Coordinator. You will recieve a update
to all NODES.DAT files shortly after.
