05/26/97 ver 2.4 - Corrected problem in viewing local scores from previous
months.  If a year has gone by, the game would lock up trying to write to
a previous month score file that already existed. It now deletes the file
if it already exists. 

04/25/96 ver 2.3 - Added in ability to view local score files from previous
months.  I am still working on previous IBBS score files.  The files are
kept, but not viewable on the menu screen yet.  the monthly files are kept
as VIDEO-BN.x and MASTER.x, where x is the number of the month.  I also 
found that I sent out version 2.2 as 2.1e. I forgot to compile with the 
correct version number.  

12/26/95 ver 2.2 - IBBS Score files will be ignored if they are not of 
the current month. The MASTER.VB and score files are renamed to *.PRV.

08/01/95 - ver 2.1 - Fixed a few bugs in the IBBS Scoring.

06/10/95 - ver 2.0 - Fixed bug that caused an error when 4 of a kind 
came up.  Added InterBBS Play. 

02/05/95 - ver 1.4 - Added in Sysop Feedback feature, where players
can leave feedback abut to the game to the Sysop.  The Sysop can read
and kill the Feedback.msg file from the main game menu.

11/21/94 - ver 1.2 - Fixed a problem where a Flush would not be
recognized and the payoff made.

11/09/94 - ver 1.1 - Some cosmetic cleanup. If handle has been pulled
once and Redraw is done, it removed that hand. Same thing with reading 
Help after first pull.  Help and Redraw are now not available after first
pull.  Cleaned up the instructions for selecting card to Hold/Disc and 
toggleing between Hold & Disc.
