                  Larax Wall Street Simulator 2.0 <ASP>

Thank you for your interest in Wall Street Simulator.  We believe that
you will find this product one of the most important training tools
for mastering the markets.  If you are a beginner to the market, you
will experience the realism of trading through a broker.  If you are
an experienced trader, you will be able to experiment with different
trading schemes without placing any of your hard-earned money at risk.


INSTALLATION

To install your unregistered version of Wall Street Simulator, follow these
steps:

Windows 3.1 users:
      1.  Start Microsoft Windows
      2.  Unzip all files into a temporary directory.
      3.  From the File Manager, locate "SETUP.EXE" in the temporary directory.
      4.  Execute "SETUP.EXE" by Double-clicking on it.

Windows 95 users:
      1.  Unzip all files into a temporary directory.
      2.  Click the "Start" button and select "Run..."
      3.  Locate "SETUP.EXE" in the temporary directory and type "setup"


RUNNING THE PROGRAM (Windows 3.1)

The installation process will set up a program group entitled "Wall Street
Simulator".  Icons for the Wall Street Simulator program, help
file, Wall Street Ticker, Uninstaller, and Version History will be setup.
Double-click on the Wall Street Simulator 2.0 program icon to run the program.


RUNNING THE PROGRAM (Windows 95)

The installation process will set up a menu item in the Start Menu entitled
"Wall Street Simulator".  Sub-menus for the Wall Street Simulator program,
help file, Wall Street Ticker, Uninstaller, and Version History will be setup.
Select the Wall Street Simulator 2.0 menu item to run the program.

Once you have started Wall Street Simulator, select CONTENTS from the HELP
menu to view the on-line help file.  Be sure to select QUICK START for an
overview of Wall Street Simulator.
