You must read the following agreement before using this software.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the
software and destroy all the copies of it. For detailed information
about uninstallation, see Setup.TXT.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

- About the unregisterd software:
    The unregistered software may be freely tried out for a trial period
    up to 30 days. To continue to use after this period, the user must
    purchase the license.
    The unregistered software may be freely copied and distributed so
    long as any modification is not made in the archive package.

- The license of the registered software:
    One license is granted to one 'user'. If the user have multiple
    mail addresses or multiple personal computers, the user is permitted
    to install and use multiple copies of this software for the user's
    own use.
    On the contrary, If the user have one personal computer and share a
    installed copy of this software with other persons, each user have to
    purchase a license.
    Purchasing licenses does not mean purchasing the copyright of this
    program.
    Purchased licenses are not refundable in any way.

- Registration pass code:
    Registered user will obtain a pass code. The pass code is used to make
    the shareware notice message box invisible, but the passcode itself
    does not represent any license. Licenses are granted only when users
    are received registration notice from RimArts, Inc. or from shareware
    payment processing services which RimArts, Inc. contracted. Only the
    registered users can use the pass code only for the licensed copies
    of the software.

THIS PROGRAM AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
