Program's Purpose

W3Filer(32) is a 32bit Web file downloading/uploading program for Windows95/NT and later
using FTP and HTTP (for downloading only) protocols. Supports auto resume
in case of interrupted transfer. File can be transferred either immedialtely
or scheduled for a later time. Supports drag and drop from your internet browser and file manager.

Installation

To install W3Filer(32), select Run command from the file menu of program manger
for WindowsNT 3.51. For Windows 95, select Run command from the Start
button in the toolbar. In the command line type A:\install or B:\install
as the case may be.
