Since I don't have OS/2 on my PC, I had a hard time testing
MicroCook in the OS/2 operating system. But with help from some
feedback from users of MicroCook, and also running it in OS/2, we
found out that MicroCook will work fine in the OS/2 VDE with
either the HW_Timer to ON, or by starting MicroCook as: MCOOK OS2
The OS2 switch will bypass the timer function that OS/2 isn't too
happy about. With HW_Timer = ON, the OS2 startup switch should
not be necessary.
