TextTools Release 4, of 11-May-97.

TextTools is a collection of 20 programs for processing of 
text-format tables, general text filtering, and various other purposes.
All TextTools programs run from the DOS(-box) command line, 
or from batch files.

The DOS executables are in the exe_dos directory.
The Windows 95/NT console mode executables are in the exe_w32 directory.
To install, extract either set of executables to a directory in your PATH.

All documentation is now in the form of HTML files, in the doc_html directory.
The file to start with is tt_r4.htm. Just load that file into Netscape 
(or whichever browser you're using).

TextTools R4 is Freeware.

Freely distributable for non-commercial purposes; CD-ROM collections ok, though.
Must not be modified, and must be distributed in its entirety.
