DESCRIPTION-
I have had to use the selective install AFTER applying
FixPak 1. Now I have a mix of fixed and older files.
I attempted to update the files that had been selectively
installed, but the archive failed. It would be much
easier if I could buy an updated install CD with the
latest version of the OS.

Supplemental text:
I contacted IBM directly to ask for this, and am still waiting
for a reply. The amount of time it takes to create and
install updates via floppies is excessive. If CD-ROMS aren't
feasible, IBM should at least provide a way to install updates
by putting all the files in a single directory on a file
server. I would prefer to create a new, patched installation
file set by copying the orignal installation directory from
CD-ROM to a server and applying updates over the installation
files.
