Whenever a new version is released, it can be picked up at once from
Ferrari BBS in Sweden. I personally put it there before I put out the
announcement. It should be available at the other sites within a few
days. The announcement of a new release will be posted in the usenet
newsgroup alt.bbs.watergate and subscribers of the WaterGate mailing
list receive the announcement by e-mail as well.

And finally, you can always ask me whether a new version has been
released already. I try to release a new version about every two
months. You can also send an e-mail to watergate-info@wsd.wline.se
to get a text file with information about the latest release and
other files that can be requested from the support site.
