Not much to say here, the Shareware Author's Resource Guide requires
no installation or really any file other than the executable (exe).
The "zip" archive does contain a couple of other files that most people
like to look for, including FILE_ID.DIZ for a description, VENDOR.DOC
which pertains to vendors, and this little README.TXT file.

Just invoke the executable and away you go!
