Variations on "Guardame las Vacas" (Herd my cows):        Luys de Narvaez
                 
This composition for vihuela appeared in Narvaez' *Los seys libros del 
Delphin de musica de cifra para taner vihuela* published in 1538. 
That volume was reprinted by the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones 
Cientificas, Instituto Espanol de Musicologia, Barcelona in 1971.

VACAS.MID is a general midi file (type 1) with three tracks, all set 
for harpsichord. Both sets of variations ("Diferencias sobre 'Guardame 
las vacas'" and "Tres diferencias por otra parte") are arranged
here as written except that the initial variation in each is repeated once.
