3. Upgrades to software releases that fix problems and/or add minor features for 12 months. 
4. Full technical support via ComponentSoftware's web site and email for 12 months.
5. Get software upgrade notices and related products special offers.
6. Full purchase value credit for license upgrades (excluding S&H fees).

NOTE: Software upgrades is done by downloading; you have to pay connect charges (if any).
