*** Introduction ***

ComponentSoftware RCS (CS-RCS) is a powerful and robust document revision control solution for Windows 95 and Windows NT. Based on the widely used GNU RCS, it is fully integrated with the Windows Shell and Explorer. ComponentSoftware RCS supports multi-user and multi-platform environments, making it the ideal solution for sites that share common files on UNIX and Windows platforms.
 
CS-RCS is a shareware (that is, try before you buy) product. You are eligible for FREE technical support during the 30 days evaluation period. Refer to the file SUPPORT.TXT for more details.

*** Installation ***

1. Create a temporary directory and extract CS-RCS.ZIP.
2. Run SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions.

*** Uninstall ***

You may remove CS-RCS from your machine by selecting the "Add/Remove Programs..." icon from the "Control Panel" window.

*** CSDiff Component (file comparison tool) ***
CSDiff is one of the components of CS-RCS. You are welcome to use CSDiff free of charge no matter if you have decided to register CS-RCS or not.
To get a stand-alone copy of CSDiff, copy the following files to your desired directory:
CSDiff.exe, RCS_CMN.dll, GNU.exe, GNU_RCS.dll, DIFFUTIL.dll

Windows 95 or Windows NT (3.51 & 4.0 or later).
