TalkScribe is copyrighted software. You are not obtaining title to the software or any copyright rights. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, decompile, or disassemble the software for any purpose. The demonstration version of this software may, however, be freely copied and distributed, provided that all files contained in the compressed distribution file(s) are included in the copies to be distributed. The demonstration version of this software may be converted to a full featured version by entry of a valid registration code into the software. If a registration code has been entered, it is written into a file in your Windows directory named TALKSCRB.INI. This file then becomes subject to the following restrictions: 1. The registration code provided to you is licensed to you for your own use according to the terms contained in the transmittal message. There are three types of TalkScribe Licenses offered by Metabien Software: Single user license: Allows the full feature upgrade registration code to be installed on one or more computers. Installation on more than one computer is permitted only if there is no possibility that the registration code can be used on more that one computer at a time. Site License: Allows use of the full feature upgrade registration code throughout a single organization for an area up to one hundred miles (160 km) in radius. World-wide license: Allows use of the full feature upgrade registration code throughout a single organization. 2. You may make copies of your registration code or of files containing your registration code (including but not limited to the file written by this software named TALKSCRB.INI) for back-up purposes only. 3. Unless otherwise provided in the transmittal message accompanying the registration code, you my use this registration code on more than one computer, provided there is no chance it will be used simultaneously on more than one computer. 4. You may not sub-license, rent, lease, convey, modify, translate, convert to another programming language, decompile, or disassemble the registration code for any purpose.
