The software enclosed with this application and associated paperwork is called Presentation Magic!  For listing purposes, the file name for this program will be called:  PRESENTR.  Very briefly, Presentation Magic! is an easy to learn/use tool that creates presentations for paper/transparencies, in b&w or color.

This document provides authorization to distribute Presentation Magic! as a shareware program.  This authorization is in effect as long as all parties agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Association Shareware Authors & Distributors organization in effect as of this date.

International Imaging Materials, Inc. is the sole copyright holder of the program  and trademark holder of Presentation Magic! name.   While this software may be distributed as shareware under the provisions of the paragraph above, all ownership, and marketing rights to Presentation Magic! are fully retained by International Imaging Materials, Inc.

Given that the program resides on two (2) 3.5", HD diskettes, this software may be distributed for no more than $9.00.  This would not apply to electronic distribution.   Registration fees for the program are $34.95.  Other accessories are available on an a-la-carte basis and are documented on the order form that accompanies the registered version of the program.
