Connects with unknown software

    For Zoom modems (even hi-speed modems) we recommend you pick the
HAYES Smartmodem 2400 initialization string recommended by the BBS
documentation.

    If it is a Zoom Hi-speed modem, Add S95=3 (if the software
supports \ARQ) or S95=1 to get true modem-modem CONNECT speed.  Lock
modem-computer (DTE) data rate.  (19200).  Hardware CTS/RTS flow=ON.
In most instances this works.
