NOTICE TO USERS OF MOOR V1.7 AND UNDER:

If you have used a previous version of Moor, please delete the file
"S:Moor.cfg" before you run Moor V2.0.  There is a slight possibility that
Moor will not detect that the configuration file is an older one.  This can
cause a system crash.

THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH LATER VERSIONS.
