ABSTRACT:

PTF 428 contained an incorrect DISK1.INS file which did not install all of the
files in the PTF.  If you downloaded PTF 428 you can solve the problem by
downloading this small file.  The only difference between PTF432.EXE and
PTF428 is the DISK1.INS file.

     PTF428 contained DISK1.INS which was corrupt

SOLUTION

     If you downloaded PTF428 you should install DISK1.INS from this file.
     (PTF432 contains this same DISK1.INS file)
