MaxFile/PM Accelerator Keys

 Due to the major amount of screen real estate the context menu in a FILES.BBS
window was taking up, I have removed the text associated with hotkeys from the
menu display. They are still active, you just won't be able to see them in the
menus. The complete list follows:
